The first Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic that the Brant Companies was awarded was in Evansville, Indiana in 1987. A fourteen month construction schedule was met to complete this 28,000 square foot medical facility.

This pre-engineered metal building was constructed on a five acre site in an urban renewal area. The exterior boasts a solid brick masonry finish with stucco fascia to add an architectural flair. The main lobby entrance offers an open concept arcade effect, with all medical areas and offices branching off this entry. Complete with skylights for natural daylighting, a design was created for a combination planter/seating area placed under these skylights to offer a warm welcome to patients and visitors.
