Developed by Brant Companies, Autumn Creek features lots zoned Residential that are large in size, allowing larger upscale homes to be built in this community. Some lots are rolling and will accommodate daylight or walk-out basements.

Autumn Creek is currently approved for 250 single-family homes to be constructed on the 100 acres of buildable land in this subdivision. The remaining 70 acres are wetlands which are being preserved to enhance the country-like setting of the community.
